A factory installed small diameter mini-connector allows you to drill a small 3/8" hole and then simply screw on the included PL259 connector. No soldering involved. All Digital antennas are designed to ensure long-lasting performance in the harshest conditions. A high-gloss urethane finish, over a strong fiberglass rod will look great for years. To reduce vibration from rough seas and maintain the performance characteristics, positioning foam is placed throughout the antenna.
