covermate A Covermate T-Top Cover is a quick and simple solution to protecting the essential area of your boat, under the T-Top. This lightweight cover is made of weather-resistant 6-oz. polyester. Easy to install, this cover is designed to protect the forward livewell/seating area and the leaning post/captain's chair at the helm. Features a full-length zipper entry, Velcro closure sleeve that allows antennas and outriggers to pass through, and an adjustable sewn-in elastic draw cord. Mesh storage bag included. Five-year warranty. Not recommended for trailering. Fits T-Tops up to 108"L x 84"W x 90"H.

    This cover will protect your electronics and keep everything out of sight. I carry mine with me on overnight trips for extra security. Please save your reciept! I only got two seasons out of mine and only used it in the summer months. The fabric gets brittle from the sun and will tear easily. Would gladly pay extra for quality material.

          The cover works well in keeping the whole t-top dry! The two draw backs are as follows:
          1) Very hard to put in place when the wind is blowing, especially if you're putting it around antennas which could snap.
          2) The cover could use other means to keep it securely fastened as the wind has a tendency to get under it and blow it around.
          I've been using a 25' line and wrapping it around the front cooler/seat and back around to the leaning post, this seems to help and prevents the top from "lift-off".

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            I agree with the price as a consideration it is worth the buy. It gave me 3 years of service. I cannot install with the outriggers on the boat due to the length of the poles. If the zipper was in the back so you could open it completely that would resolve that problem. I also will buy another, but, save the receipt this time.

            For the price you can't beat it, but it didn't last five years. With price as a consideration I'm going to buy it again, but I'll save my receipt this time.

              Do you have a t-top cover that mounts under the t-top. I have antenna and light that extends past the t-top that cover can not go over. The Covermate covers the top and thats why it won't work for my boat. Any suggestions?

                Veronica - We do not currently offer the covers that go below the t-top. Our cover is design with a velcro opening all the way across the top back of the cover which allow your antenna and light to pass through the opening and stick out the back of the cover. See link for photo of how this works.

                The covers that go below the t-top leave your t-top canvas, hardtop, radar antenna and other expensive items exposed to the elements whereas ours protects all of these.
