covermate The unique contour design of the Covermate Pro Cover offers the best fit for the finest protection for your PWC. Fits Kawasaki STS 900 '01-'02; STX 900 '99-'00; STX DI 1100 '97-'99. This incredible cover fits so well, it prevents wind whip that could cause damage to your craft when trailering. Made of 100% OEM-grade 7.25-oz. 600-denier fabric with 4-ply seams, the cover is extremely strong and durable. A polyurethane coating provides superior water repellency. Lightweight and easy to handle, this Pro Cover is solution-dyed to resist fading and treated to resist mildew and UV rays. Features a 1/4" shock cord sewn in the hem and web straps with quick-release buckles for trouble-free trailering. Comes with a free oversized mesh storage bag. 5-year limited warranty.

This is a replacement cover for one that only lasted two years due to dry rotting. Material is different than the older version so I will let you know in a couple more years if it is durable. PWC is stored in the shade on our lift so it is not exposed to direct UV rays.

I recently purchased two of the Covermate Pro Contour-Fit PWC covers for my 1997 Kawasaki 1100STX skis. I bought theses skis new and have owned jet skis since 1993. I recieved the covers in a timely manner and liked the design and construction. However upon installation I found the covers were not fitting as my various covers have in the past. They were extremely tight and would not stay on both back corners of the skis. I even used bungee cords to try to keep them on. In addition, traveling to the local lake only an hour away, as soon as reaching highway speeds, the covers "ballooned" in between and behind the hull securing straps pulling the back of the covers off. The vaccuum vents did not appear to help at all. On the return trip I repeated the installation process with a few minor adjustments with the same result. In short the covers did not go on well or trailer well. I don't know if this is typical for the Covermate covers for all skis but they were not satisfactory for mine.

            Service and delivery comments:

            I recieved my covers in a timely fashion in good condition. I contacted customer service regarding my return and though I have not recieved my refund yet, they were vry helpful and courteous.
