Great cover - poor snaps
As stated, the cover is great, but my history with the stability of the snaps has not been good.

Comments about Covermate Imperial Pro V-Hull I/O Boat Cover, 18'5" max. length:
I think there should have been one more strap in the package, but the instructions failed to mention how many were supposed to be included. The cover itself is well made and fits my Cris Craft like it was made for it. I have recommended this product to my boating friends.

Comments about Covermate Imperial Pro V-Hull I/O Boat Cover, 18'5" max. length:
The elastic band made installing this with one person very easy. Once all of the straps are adjusted reinstallation goes much quicker. They make for a good snug fit. It's nice not having to deal with bungies. I figure if I get 3-4 of the 5 yrs they claim, it will be worth the cost of extending the life of my expensive canvas snap covers. i haven't tried trailering with the cover on yet. From the looks of it, it should be fine with a little extra support in the open bow area.

Yes, it certainly can.Answered on 2/15/2011 by Bryant from Tech
Q:
Would this cover be suitable for the winter or is it better to use a tarp with a support system to handle the weight of the snow?Asked on 10/3/2010 by Ron1 answer
A:
Snow or not, you need to use a support system. Rain will pool as well if you do not have one, then it will stretch, ruin your cover and void you warranty.Answered on 10/21/2010 by Bryant from Tech
