Imperial Pro Covers have an exclusive venting system that offers extra protection against mildew. Tough enough for trailering, all Covermate Semi-Custom Boat Covers are tight fitting with a unique over/under tie-down system that delivers "no flap" trailering. A reflective strip at the back provides added safety when trailering, day or night. Double-stitched, double-ply seams combined with sewn-in reinforcement panels at high-wear points provide added strength and durability.       this is the 3rd cover for my 15ft. seaswirl the covers have ripped after 2yrs.This new cover appears to be a differant material. I hope it last longer Good news the warranty was great Both were exchanged with no hassels. Overton has a good warranty program.
      The boat is located in a tuff location, sits in a slip in Long Beach Ca. all year long.

      The first cover that I received had a section of about 6 inches long near the windshield buffer that had not been stitched. The replacement cover is fine. However, I would reinforce this area of the cover even further to make sure that the traveling wind would not wear through. Even though I applied a padded tube on top of the windshield frame, it did wear through the inner buffer, but not the nylon. This was a trip of 250 miles each way part of the time at 70 mph.

            The cover could use a tension cord to tighten it around the perimeter oof the boat. Also a couple of extra front straps would make road travel less of a issue for lifting the tarp off while trailering
