    WOULD THIS SERVE AS AN ALL WEATHER COVER TO PROTECT A WOODED BOAT IN OUTSIDE STORAGE??

      A:

      Yes it is an outdoor mooring cover, but you would need some type of support pole to keep the cover apexed upward to shed percipitation.
