Comments about Connelly Adjustable Ski Binding Heel Rubber, Neoprene:
10969 is the wrong replacement heal part for the adjustable toe binding. I returned this to Overtons and got a replacement from Connelly that also broke after a week long skiing trip. Had to use our old Connelly ski with adj heal binding for the duration of the trip. Do not every buy a Connelly adjustabe toe binding.
I also tried to tell Overton's customer service the correct part #. They don't believe me that this is the wrong part# or just don't care they said they have sold many. That may be but it would have to be modified to fit the adjustable toe binding. The correct replacement part fits with no cutting or triming.

Comments about Connelly Adjustable Ski Binding Heel Rubber, Neoprene:
Quickest, cheapest fix to a ripped heel on my boot to the Connelly Big Daddy ski. This ski has a L-XL standard boot. It is designed for big skiers. Maybe a larger boot would have been more appropriate. My heel should not have ripped as early in life as it did. This repair was cheaper than buying a new complete boot. However, this universal heel piece is slightly smaller than the original piece on my Big Daddy. Worth the price.

Comments about Connelly Adjustable Ski Binding Heel Rubber, Neoprene:
I brought an older, great ski back to life by fixing the binding. This is for my 65 year old wife, 40 year old daughter, and her 38 year old friend.

CUSTOMER CARE
A:
This item is only for the adjustable bindings. The Connelly Concept always comes with a boot binding and a rear toe strap or double boot bindings. Boot bindings are not the same as adjustable bindings so this would not work for any binding that came on a connelly concept. If you mounted a different binding to the Concept ski I would need to know which binding you changed to to answer this question further.Answered on 9/14/2009 by JUSTIN from OVERTONS TECHNICIAN
Q:

A:
If you purchased your ski before 2003 then yes we can order it from connelly for you. If it is before 2003 then you can contact www.wileyski.com the custom binding store out of washington state. We would also need to know the name of the binding you are trying to get replacement parts for. For similar questions like this one please call them in to overtons technical department at 888-683-7866.Answered on 9/28/2009 by JUSTIN from OVERTON'S TECHNICIAN
