I purchased this jacket as a birthday present for my fiance and he loves it. He said it's wonderful to wear on a daily basis and the zip up pockets are great. He was extrememly happy to discover the foldable hood.

It will keep you dry in the rain! Omni-shield is great at causing water to bead and fall off. Your arms will get a sticky feeling as if in plastic during warmer weather.

I intend this jacket for use as a windbreaker while biking, hiking, and kayaking, and it is working out perfectly. It repels light rain and water splashes well, and the fold-way hood comes in handy when it gets windy or misty. My only regret is that it doesn't have a matching pair of pants to go along with it!
