BURP feature vibrates water out of the speaker grill for improved performance. Receives all US, Canada, International, and NOAA weather channels. Cobra's MR HH475 VHF radio also features weather alert, instant channel 16, unlimited memory channels, tri-watch, scan, memory scan, illuminated function keys, and large illuminated LCD display. Selectable 1, 3, and 6 watts for short and long range. The MR HH475 radio includes 1000 mAh lithium ion rechargeable batteries, AC/DC desktop charger, alkaline battery tray, and spring-loaded swiveling belt clip. 2.4"W x 1.4"D x 4.8"H (not including antenna).

      I needed to place my mobile in a waterproof container down below, and have a radio to talk to harbor control, weather, and have cell calls come. This radio solved all those, for a reasonable price. And, it is waterproof - will not make that mistake again, so yes, this is my second marine handheld.
