      Product is good. Service on this order stinks. I paid for a higher quality mitten and was shipped a lesser, lower cost item but charged the higher price. Gander Mountain retail store claimed "On-line price". NOT CORRECT. After substantial argument they refunded me the difference in price.

        Not sure if I bought a defect pair, but on the second day of use while fishing the seams on the finger tips of both mitts started to give, exposing the grocery-bag-thin plastic waterproof layer, which tore almost immediately. I duct taped the membrane and resewed the gloves, but pretty bummed that they literally fell apart at the seams on day 2.

          These are so warm . I recently went up ice fishing during 2 days of insane 35-48 mph constant wind and maintaining tip ups and all was brutal cold on hands . I would put these on for a few minutes in between holes and such and hands would be nice and toasty right away .
