Very Nice Sharpener, Anyone can use it. I have a Gerber knife that had no edge no thanks to a store associate at Bass Pro who rounded the edge off while he tried to sharpen it for me in there knife department. Within 5 minutes I had the edge back like it was brand new Thanks to Chef's Choice. I would highly reccomend this product.

I have bought several other knife sharpeners in the past, but this one really does its thing! I have several high-end knives which were dull, but this sharpener sharpened all of them. When I get ready to use one, I can hardly decide which to use.
