I have had a Chiefs Choice sharpner for around twenty years. I recently took my old one to my hunt camp and bought this one. On the sushi sharpner it will sharpen a knife so sharpe they are almost unsafe. Unbelievable. I have only one with this edge.
I have sharpened all of my expensive kithchen knives, pocket knives, fillet knives and skinning knives.
