This commemorative knife, brought to you Caterpillar Inc., features a D-9 track-type tractor scene permanently laser-engraved into the front of the blade. Package includes one CAT bowie knife with nylon sheath and wood presentation stand. This massive bowie measures 14" in length with a 420-grade mirror-finish stainless steel blade and a solid brass guard with ivory plastic handles. Comments about Caterpillar Commemorative D-9 Bowie Knife:

Bought 4 of these for Christmas presents for some employees and the knife was not as described. The laser etching is black paint and not etching, and the plastic marble handle is actually just a wood handle. Hopefully, the manufacturer / Gander will remedy this.
