The ingenious design of the Camerons Multi Roaster makes it three cookers in one. Use the top and bottom pieces separately or combine them to roast turkeys and other meats. The bottom makes a great stock pan, while the lid can be uses as a sauté pan, casserole dish, or serving tray. You can even add liquids into the bottom pan to turn your roaster into a steamer. The optional hanging rack is perfect for all of your draining and cooling needs. Each piece is made of 18/10 polished stainless steel with a 5 mm aluminum insert to aid heat transfer and prevent hot spots. The rounded sides make cleaning easy.
