      I recently bought the Cajun Injector® Creole Butter Marinade by Cajun Injector here on the GanderMtn site and I absolutely love this product. It was delivered fast. The flavor is excellent, rich and creamy and easy to use. I actually used the marinade on some chicken breast, wings, legs, and thighs and I also used it on some cornish hens. Excellent flavor, it melts in your mouth, taste outstanding. The only thing is when you buy this product you need to buy more than one jar of it, you will absolutely love it. My mom and siblings tasted the chicken I prepared using this marinade and everyone complained that it was not enough extra chicken to go around. Even when I had the chicken the next day the marinade was embedded in the chicken it was just like the first day I served it. Would buy this product again.

          Have deep fried turkey for over 10 years. Last one was # 42. Have used this brand for all of that time and it does not get better. The only way you could make a deep fried turkey any better is if you could stuff it. Which of course is not possible. Of all the flavors I prefer this one the best. But, each is excellent.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
