              first time out I had a 12 person fish fry two days later I had a 14 person fish fry i cook alot of fish and I wish i would of had this batter bowl 30 years ago super great product ,no more mess,no more messy hands,perfectly battered fish!

                You gota try this. I had put this thing away thinking "What the heck will I use this thing for". Then we had one of those days where all your plans go bye bye. I had fish thawed to make cevichie and chicken thawed for supper. Then we got a phone call and a famley member was admitted to the Hospital in critical condition. Famley first and plans be-darned.
                I put the thawed meats in the frig and off we went. Well long story short I had to do something with the chicked and fish the next day so I decided to fry it all up and we could eat cold and in sandwiches. Thinking about the insueing mess I rememberd the batter bowl.

                I like to coat my meat with a dry batter mix before battering. Mixed the dry ingreadiants threw in all the chicken and fish, assembled the bowl, flip, shake, flip, shake and neatly coated meat, Added bakeing powder and beer to the mixture, beat till smoth with a wisk. reasselbled the bowl, flip, shake, flip, shake and "vola" everythig battered and ready for the deep fryer. easy cleanup and food cooked.
