The smoker's independently controlled internal heating element will also hot smoke or may be used as a slow cooker. An infrared heater source enables you to dry fruits. Eliminates high-temperature gases, acids, and resins that can interfere with food's flavor. 320°F max. temp. Includes rectangular tray, drip bowl, user guide, and recipe book.
