Comments about Bradley Digital Smoker:
I've had my smoker now for about nine months. I love this thing! I've done ribs, chicken, pork butts, briskets it all turns out great. I have seen a few issues with the smoker trying to maintain temperature when using it in cold weather. However, that's an easy fix. ONce your smoking is done you've infused the smoke flavor into your meat just pop it in the over to finsih it and your in the race running. I've learned a few tricks along the way to help the process. Keep the vent on the top of the smoker closed. If you open it to much you let all you heat out. Use HOT WATER in the water bowl! This will help the smoker heat up faster because it doesn't have to heat up the water you put in it.

Comments about Bradley Digital Smoker:
Takes too long to get to temperature and when it does it can swing by as much as 30 degrees. Had it set for 220 and it fluctuated between 200 and 230. If I open dampers half way, I lose the temperature in the unit. I find myself setting it to 230 just to get it to temperature as at 220 it would take over an hour and it still did not hit 220. It would be better if temperature settings were in 5 degree increments instead of 10 degrees.
Very easy to use but I find myself finishing some things in the oven to better control the temperature. Also need to start in oven to get meat hot or you will lose the temperature in the unit.

Comments about Bradley Digital Smoker:
I have had this for 1.5 years and use it weekly. Amazing ribs, chicken wings, salmon, jerkey, etc. I can put the food in, leave it for 5 or 6 hours and come home to amazing food. We use it for our patio parties, people arrive and smell the food for an awhile before it is served. Will do 6 racks of ribs or 10 lbs of wings. With a load of meat it takes awhile to get up to temp though. You can always put the racks in the oven and get things hot and then it will maintain.

Comments about Bradley Digital Smoker:
Not worth the money! Had this for less than a year and the paint bubbled on the second use, as if paint stripper hit it. The temp on this 1 went a plus 40 degrees, does not hold constant at all. The bisquettes fall apart if trying to smoke in high humid weather, causing the generator to fail (broken retainer), by the way it was cleaned after each use. The seal around the door has already failed. According to my wife the only easy clean-up is if someone else doese it.
Don't belieave that I represent another company because I don't, but I did expect for the price of this , over a week of work for me, it would be better than this in less than a year, purchased end of May 2010.
Have pictures, but web site will not down load them.

Comments about Bradley Digital Smoker:
I have been wanting another smoker for some time now but didn't want to have to worry about watching the fire and tempature every few minutes. I just purchase the Bradley four rack smoker and its Great! I have been makeing deer jerky for the past couple of days and you just sat the temp., time, and load up the cylinder with the wood disk and forget it. The insulation holds the temp. within a few degrees and the outside of it is cool to the touch. It took me all of five minutes to put it together. Love it and couldn't be happier.
