Comments about Rave The Bongo 13' Transportable Bounce Platform, Standard Edition:
I think this rave bouncer is overall great.
The price is reasonable and you can get a slide or a bounce log to go with it.
The only trouble Ive had with this is that its hard to store. We have a big hill with many steps at our lake home, although we do have a shed at the bottom of the hill that the water tramp cant fit in so we must carry it up. Which isnt to big of a deal because its much lighter than the other trampolines. The best use for this is at the cabin.

Comments about Rave The Bongo 13' Transportable Bounce Platform, Standard Edition:
While the Bouncer is adequate, the ladder is a serious weak link. Cheap, flimsy construction caused the ladder to break in the first few hours of use by my grandson. Jury-rigged a rope to reinforce the ladder until a new one comes from RAVE (who BTW has NEVER responded to the warranty claim). Bought a new ladder, it looks like it won't last much longer either. Good Luck!
Service and delivery comments:
Overton's was very helpful. Delivery was fast.

Comments about Rave The Bongo 13' Transportable Bounce Platform, Standard Edition:
Product arrived promptly. Setup was easy. Ladder failed on first day of use by my 40 lb grandson and his 105 lb mother. Warranty claim requested from RAVE. Overton's rep worked closely with me until she was directed to refer me to the manufacturer. If you really want a good bouncer, be careful. My product experience/rating is based on a quick failure of critical component, on a limited time vacation...not good.

Comments about Rave The Bongo 13' Transportable Bounce Platform, Standard Edition:
We bought a Fun Station last year from another retailer and it had a huge buldge in it, so we returned it. This unit is very good quality. We wish we had ordered the larger unit as this unit seems smaller then the Fun Station 13' but definitely better quality. It was supposed to come with an anchor and did not, and sags in the middle with several children on it. The ladder is a great feature. I would recommend, but if you have the room, buy the 15'!

Q:
What is the difference in the anchoring system between the 10104 and 15021?Asked on 5/17/2009 by Torrey1 answer
A:
To anchor the Bongo: Attach an anchoring device to the ring or mount on the inner surface of the tube just above the water line, opposite of the ladder. For seasonal anchoring situations, it is important to use an anchor weighing a minimum of 80 lbs.
Item 15021 The Aqua Jump A minimum of 200-lbs. Anchor weight is recommended for most applications; however larger Aqua Jumps on larger bodies of water may require more. Bell anchors are not typically recommended since they are easily dragged, especially on flat, sandy bottoms. Screw-type or more permanent toggle-type anchors may be necessary in more extreme conditions.Answered on 10/9/2009 by Lauren K from Overton's Customer Service from Greenville, NC
