Secured with four heavy-duty 1.5" belts with quick release buckles. Features oversized arm holes and strategically placed drain holes. Men's sizes: XS(28"-32"), S/M(32"-40"), L/XL(40"-52"), 2XL/3XL(50"-60"), 4XL/6XL(61"-66"). USCG Type III approved.
