Straps came in the mail quickly with no charge for shipping which is great since the price is so great most places would have charged more for shipping than the straps themselves!
Lots of extra strapping if my top would have been larger for a bigger boat. In my case I feel like I have double strapping now so less chance of wearing out.
I think the plastic buckles are fine and made of solid material.
I would suggest carrying in more colors for those wanting to match their boat.

I put the straps on and within a weeks time all the clips needed to be changed due to oxidizing.

This review is more about the original Bimini top straps and Overton's service than the replacement straps. I couldn't go back and review the top after two years so here it is. I bought a bimini top in July 2010 so the family could have some shade on our annual week long boating vacation. The top was fairly easy to install and worked fine the first two years. This year however, when installing the top at the lake, all four straps were dry rotted and essentially turned to powder in my hands when I attempted to open the top. This top is not left on the boat year round, it is removed and kept in a climate controlled garage the other 51 weeks of the year so I can't explain why the straps failed so quickly. Hopefully the replacements are of higher quality than the originals.
Service and delivery comments:
I called Overton's from the lake to order new straps and was informed that the top was still under warranty. They claimed they had plenty of replacement straps on hand and would ship 4 of them to me at the resort we were staying at and I should have them within 3 days. I asked Overton's to overnight them since time was an issue and was informed that they could not do that. Finally, late in the afternoon on Wednesday, my straps arrived but they only sent 2 straps, instead of the 4 that were promised. I called back to Overton's and was informed by a manager that the straps were now on back order but they could overnight me a pair of white straps and I would have them by late Friday. We were going home Saturday morning so that wasn't going to help. The manager offered me a 10% discount on my next order for my troubles and when I mentioned that I've had coupons in the past for more than 10% off, she told me I should use those then. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the original straps for the top and even more disappointed in the service from Overton's. It will be a long time, if ever, before I shop at Overton's again.
