These minnows work well whether you are still fishing or retrieving, it must be in the attractant. I like these because I'm always leaving my bait on the boat for the raccoons, these I just put back in the jar( they will get hard) and I'm ready for the next trip.

Love this product! Lasts at least five times as long as a live minnow. Only draw back is it doesnt swim on it's own!

I put it to the test. First i tried jigging very slow,then slow, then a little faster, then faster it worked every time. Mind you not every cast caught a fish, but i was catching fish of different species like blue gill, perch, black crappie, small and large mouth bass. They were all caught in just two hours going along a shore line at Table Rock Lake Lampe,Missouri In The Ozarks. Thats all the proof i needed. IT'S ALIVE

I didn't have high hopes for Berkley Gulp minnows but I had to try them when the WI DNR started messing with the bait regulations. I have to say I am extremely impressed. It works very well for walleyes and crappies. Obviously there are certain times when nothing beats a real lively minnow but for the most part this stuff is very good.

Great product to use with a bare hook and split shot for jigging, also good with a small jig head. I have had great success with both of these techniques for midwest walleyes.

this lure is great. i use it for walleyes,bass,crappies,and pike. i bought a bucket of the 3'' minnows in emerald shiner they work great.i mostly jig for walleyes and crappie

Put this product on under a bobber with know weight and let it drift over brushpiles. It would last three or four fish before we had to get another one. We caught bass crappie ti'll we were limted out

For crappie, rig the two hook set with the leaders already tied. (comes two rigs per pack. Just put the
minnow on each hook and a float about 2 1/2 or 3 inch above the swivel that you tie the crappie rig to
and drift in boat or throw out and retrieve slowly. Watch for a bump on your float and quit retrieving
bait. The crappie will take float under and let the line go tight and set the hook easy. Crappie have
very tender mouths and if you set the hook to hard you will tear the hook out. For Walleye a single
