best line ever usedI
I would recomend tying on a swivel with a monofilament leader to the hook. This works well for bobber or rigging.

I bought this rather expensive line because of all the hype about it and its great performance with micro jigs. I got 4 lb Fireline Crystal fused. IT's just hype! It looks like thin white dental floss and casts the same way, stiff. My jigs are hand made in weights from 1/125 oz up to 1/32 oz. The heavier jigs cast better but the line memory coming off the spool leaves coils floating on top of the water. I can see the line in the water, and I have poor vision due to cataracts. I am going back to my old dependable Maxima Ultra 2 pound test. If you use this line I recommend a clear mono or flurocarbon leader in all but opaque waters.

Comments about Berkley Fireline Fused Crystal Fishing Line, 125-yd. Filler Spool:
I use the 2# line with a 4# mono leader for UL fishing and it handles great. Much better knot strength than 4# Nanofil but casts just about as far. No way this stuff is "clear", but I like its better visibility vs the regular Fireline.

I bought this line because of all the great reviews on it and now that i have used it i cannot believe them.... this line has a crazy amount of memory and although it is strong it is worthless if your constantly dealing with tangles. Don't buy it.
