I use this paddle on a river and once in a while in a lake. This paddle is light enough to use all day. The connector that holds the two paddle halves together is super tight, It feels like the paddle is a one piece unit when together. And to top it all off, this paddle looks good too. I would recommend this paddle to anyone that does casual day trips.
