When determining which binocular would be best for you, you need to know the first number is the magnification and the second is the size in mm of the objective lens. In a general rule the higher the magnification the smaller the field of view. Also keep in mind the higher the magnification the harder it will to keep the image still. There are several more determining factors in binoculars as well.
