Comments about Aquaglide Platinum Rebound Aquapark 12' Bouncer Set:
We researched a lot of bouncers and finally decided on this one as it came with the slide, platform, and log. The little kids and big kids love it!!! We have only had it a few weeks, but already love it. Securing it so that it stays where you want it, is somewhat of a challenge, but there are plenty of places to hook it to anchors. The lower platform is slippery to climb up for the little kids, so we do a lot of helping them up, but they will grow into it. The handles really help! Overall, we are really pleased with it and know the kids will use it for a lot of years!!

Comments about Aquaglide Platinum Rebound Aquapark 12' Bouncer Set:
We just set this unit up a couple weeks ago, and the kids and adults are all playing on it, lots of fun!!! Only two issues: (1) you are on your own to find a 100 lb. anchor, we ended up making one out of cement in a 5-gallon bucket; and (2) the interlocking straps were too short on the inflatable log, so we had to buy some extra two-sided velcro to complete the job. Totally worth it based on how much the kids like it.

Q:
about how much room does it take up when its deflated?Asked on 7/27/2009 by blair from texas1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
When storing it deflated it should be rolled and placed in a large container, like a plastic carbage can. The PVC in the product is attractive to rodents and they will chew holes in the material. The Box it comes in is approximately 24"x24" x48"Answered on 8/3/2009 by ike from Overtons
Q:
how do the attachments attach to the trampolineAsked on 7/22/2009 by Anonymous1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
It is a very easy connection. There are two sets of "D" rings attached to the trampoline which an over/under velcro strap feeds in and out of then velcros down to itself for tight attaching.Answered on 12/7/2009 by Justin from Overton's Technician
Q:
I want to buy this for my lakehouse; it has rocks surrounding the shoreline. My question is how deep does the lake need to be for this product to be used properly. The anchoring seems to be the only thing holding me back from buying this; as doing that every June and taking it out every September would prove too difficult over time. How deep does the lake need to be for this to be effective (for the anchor anyways; I can use common sense to determine whether it's safe to dive off it or not).Asked on 7/9/2009 by Beselo from Ontario, Canada1 answer

Q:
I have two questions. We have purchased things like this before only to see the seams come apart or the inflatable loses air etc. What is the fabric made of, is it durable? Also, Is it advisable to leave anchored in a lake for the entire season or to deflate after evry use?Asked on 6/25/2009 by Jake from Huntsville, TX1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The product is made of re-inforced PVC with 500 denier polyester center. It is considered commercial grade material and designed to be left out all season. The only issue is anchoring. In high wind ares you will need at least 100lb. anchor, either cement blocks or something similar.Answered on 7/7/2009 by ike from Overtons
Q:
With the bouncer set can teenagers jump as if it is a regular trampoline or does it just give them a bounce?Asked on 6/25/2009 by Anonymous from Marshall, MI.1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Bouncers do not bounce like trampolines. Most of the bounce is taken up because they are in water and have little resistance. That being said, most kids find it more fun to play, jump in the water, go down the slide and just hang out. This becomes their palyground.Answered on 7/7/2009 by ike from Overtons
Q:
I have teenagers and would like to know if there is a weight limit to any of the components?Asked on 6/17/2009 by janet from norris lake, tennessee1 answer
A:
dont think so. this is not a trampoline, so there isn't any bounce anyway. my kids are 10-12 and small.Answered on 6/24/2009 by david from houston, tx

CUSTOMER CARE
A:
There is not a weight limit on the bouncer or components. The company recommends 3 bouncers at a time maximum, or 600 lbs.Answered on 6/18/2009 by ike from Overtons
Q:
Received this product last week. It says we need a 100-lb. anchor. Is this true? I cannot find where you sell these. Please advise me on how to anchor this product, my grandchildren are driving me nuts wanting to use it and I invested a lot of $$$ in this product. I am a little disappointed that you don't make aure customers order what they need for certain purchases. I did order the inflater. Help!Asked on 6/6/2009 by Anonymous from Granbury, Texas2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Hello,
Yes you will need an anchor. The best solution is 4 cement blocks chained together or a septic tank lid, which comes with a rebar handle on the top.Run an anchor rope from the bottom of the Bouncer on the opposite side of the boarding platform to the cement blocks or lid. Leave approximately 2-3 feet of slack it the rope.Answered on 6/8/2009 by ike from OvertonsCUSTOMER CARE

In your box was a owners manual, in the owners manual there is a section called "Anchoring Tips". This describes how to anchor your Rebound Bouncer..if you would like to call me I could walk you through the process,(651)748-8252 or if you have missplaced your owners manual you can go to www.aquaglide.net, click on Platinum, click on Rebound bouncers and then click on manuals and page down to the anchoring section.Answered on 6/12/2009 by ike from Overtons
