aquaglide The original Aquaglide platform. Perfectly suited for use as a swim platform, lounge, launch pad, or towable. Made from heavy 26-gauge PVC and covered in durable 600D polyester. Convenient stainless steel mooring rings allow you to tie up small boats, PWCs, or kayaks. Fits three riders for towing and up to four people for lounging. 90"L x 90"W x 10"H.

Love this raft

We tie this raft at the end of our dock. We use it as a raft to layout on, and we also use it as a dock for our SeaDoo. Since we don't have a boat ramp on our dock, we found it much easier to pull up next to it and tie off the jetski from there. It does take some strength to get it out of the water, but if you pull it on the dock, and open the zipper, the water drains quickly and makes it a lot lighter to carry. We leave it blown up and hang it in the garage so we don't have to re-inflate it all the time.

Mixed review

Impossible to remove from shallow water. Surface creates a "vacuum-like" situation. In order to remove it, I have to deflate it-which is a huge turn off. Any suggestions?

I wrote a review after my first airport raft. I love it!! We hook it up to the end of the dock mainly for the seadoo, but the kids love to use it as a diving float. They also try to see who can clear it running from the dock and jumping in the water. Love the cooler in the head rests. And the cup holders! This is my second in 5 years, but that is mainly cause I have a husband who jumps off the seadoo onto the raft. We call him Boo Boo the dancing bear. It is quite a site! I am tempted to buy more just to keep them in stock in case they discontinue them. I really hope they don't!

    My husband and I purchaged the Aquaglide Airport as a swim platform for our waterfront camp. We were greatly surprised at how durable and strong the Airport actually is! It's easy for the kids to get onto and strong enough for them to play on! Even my 2 Labs get up on it and I'm not concerned about them causing damage, it's that durable! Not to mention it's very comfortable for just catching some sun. I would definately buy another when the time comes.

      WE LOVE THIS!!! Bought it to keep kids from jumping off dock. It's provided HOURS on entertainment. It's durable and everyone loves jumping on and off of it. We've towed it behind a Sea Doo and the kids think it is better than our hot dog and tube. They "surf". You need to take off fast to avoid it trying to submerge but this was an excellent buy! I just wish the kids would get off of it long enough that I could lay out on it.

          Someone used our airport classic behind a boat for tubing and hooked it up wrong, so it tore back a V section in the canvas. Can the canvas be removed and sewn up, or can we purchase a new canvas, remove the old and replace it? And if that's possible, how much for the canvas? We have only had this for 2 months and would like to get some more use this summer.

            A:

            Technically it could be, but let me tell you why your should not do that. The more exposure it has to the sun the quicker it will fade. Also when an inflatable is fully inflated and left in the sun, the air molecules inside get hot and move around faster causing the inflatable to expand even more. This could potentially cause the inflatable to bust a seam, which are very difficult to repair.

            We use two mushroom boat anchors. One on each side. Anchor to single rope leading to two ropes leading to each corner. Leave some slack to compensate for current/waves/wind.
