Rope connection at waterline sprayed riders to point that they kept eyes closed.

First, raised rope at boat to my Boston Whaler's max height but heavy spray continued.

Second, removed the heavy plastic rope connection (cut off) hoping to alleviate problem. Still sprayed with 2 thumbs down from my 7 & 8 year old riders...and now I've voided the warranty and Overton's won't accept return.

Poor design for tow unless you have a tall tow bar or tying high on a wakeboard boat.

We purchased one in June 2009 and LOVED the way this towable is set up with handle placement and other features - except that the inflator valve is in the back, an inconvenient & uncomfortable place. HOWEVER, with all it's plusses, IT IS JUNK!!!!! - started breaking down the first weekend of use. Unfortunately I didn't realize there was a 1 year guarantee on it so didn't return it that first season. After being used LESS than 15 times total we hauled it to the dump - July 2012. I called AquaGlide and learned that the Nitros haven't been made for over 4 years and there is a LOT of trouble with them after just sitting around in warehouses for years. The Nitro has been replaced by The AquaGlide Syncro - an identical tube - and they have very little trouble if any. We're preparing to order an AquaGlide Syncro tomorrow!

Easy to inflate. With "wings" on the side doesnt get bogged down on turns. Stays out of the water and pulls easily. On the faster side of big tubes I have used. Holds 3 kids or 2 adults well.

The rope connection is too low to the water; results in too much water spray. Need to wear goggles.

tow behind a boat. i have patched nearly every seam and it is still leaking. would not recommend to anyone.

The tube is great, lots of fun. Only drawback is that it is small for a 3-person tube. We have two grown boys and they were pretty snug on the tube together. You may get three small children on the tube, but two is the limit with teens or adults.

The rope attaches to the quick connect too low and drags in the water. The riders need to battle the splash from the dragging and my riders gave that experience two thumbs down.
