It may be too tame for some, but for little ones and old ones it is great. Our age range has been from 2-62 and everyone loved it. It is extremely comfortable and very well made. I feel that I made a perfect choice. I might be the only person in the country that spent their Social Security economic stimulus bonus on a Viper 2!

We have had two of these units -- bought one and one warranty replacement. After one use the replacement leaked. Since it was 90 days after the replacement, no warranty coverage. The bladder tore at the end of a seal. Either the sealng tool was too hot or was left on the bladder for too long. There is no way to patch the hole. Their "customer service" only offers to sell me a new bladder for [$]. Fat Chance Air Head.

Comments about Airhead Viper 2 Towable:
First, our new towable came sooner than expected! It was easy to inflate and is the best purchase we've made (besides the boat of course!)
It was there in time for our vacation and the kids and adults both got wonderful use out of it!

Comments about Airhead Viper 2 Towable:
Love Airhead Design - Hate Airhead Quality. We have 4 Airhead brand tubes - all have the same leaking issues. You need to patch these things all the time. In one summer I patched our 2 person Viper 7 times and our 3 person viper 9 times. Better to go with a different brand until they fix their quality.

Comments about Airhead Viper 2 Towable:
This is a great product. it breaks easy, though I blame that on myself because the kids were flying through the air, and sometimes falling hard. And the kids loved flying.

Q:
Thinking of purchasing this product. What is the weight limit? Also, how does the water drain from the inside the cockpit.Asked on 7/28/2009 by Prsistnc1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Weight limit is recomended at 170 lbs. per person, so for this tube, 340 lbs is the total recomended weight limit. This tube rides best with two people close in size for balance, but I ride with my son who is 9 and I am over 200, I just have to lean a little.
Water will collect in the seat if splashed in, but it will drain through the material and out the drain manufactured in the bottom rear of the tube. I have never had an issue with these filling up with water. GREAT tube if you have younger kids!
Thanks,
GregAnswered on 8/3/2009 by Greg the Airhead from Denver, CO
Q:
Will young children get hurt with this towable.Asked on 7/21/2009 by Jerbear from Alaska1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
It all depends on how you drive with small children. Anyone can get hurt on any tube big or small young or old. If you drive crazy then you can only increase that risk of getting hurt. If you are safe and smart about using tubes then you should not have any problems.Answered on 12/7/2009 by Technician from Overton's

Q:
can one person ride in this productAsked on 6/30/2009 by Anonymous1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Yes, one person can, but it makes it a little unbalanced. The smaller the rider is, the less you notice. Two riders about the same weight is the best.
Thanks,
