Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
Had my first revolution for 3 yrs. Bought a second one to make sure I never went without. The second tube had a defect, but had great customer service from Airhead. and recieved a replacement. Tons of fun and alot of speed is not required to have a great time. For a pontoon boat it is absolutely the best tube out there.

Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
If you follow the user insructions and stay within the wake and not go over 15 miles an hour you can spin like crazy! This has got to be one of my favorite rides ever! I was laughing so hard I could not hold on anymore!

Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
Construction seemed sound. Our rope twisted as others noticed as well, we use a tubing specific rope, so I don't think it's the quality of the rope, but more a design flaw on the tube. Fun for kids 6-14. Spinning caused some to feel quite sick however. Good addition as 2nd tube for the family, but not one I would choose for all-day, regular use.

Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
The thing ripped apart on the third use. Water gets into the nylon shell and tears it apart. Stay away form this tube....

Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
We bought this tube and used it twice. The casing around the tube shredded and we had to take it back. We exchanged that one and got another one, this did the same thing in the exact same place. When we took it back again, we were told they are getting several of them back for the exact same reason. We also noticed the first time we used it that the straps that are supposed to keep the tube from spinning inside the case will not hold and come loose. When this happens you can not get to the valve. We contacted Kwik Tek(Airhead) and they offered absolutely no help what so ever. If you have a problem, don't bother to email them because they won't respond, we had to call several times. We were pulling two 10 year olds about 14 miles per hour. It was fun while it lasted but I would not buy another one. I expect more for [$]

Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
I really debated on buying this tube, but I am glad I did, it rocks. We have had it out a few times now, today no one wanted to ride any other tubes as this was the choice over and over. If you get 2 people of roughly equal weight it really spins. It is fun because you can feel out of control even at ~15-20mph as you may spin either direction and you don't always have to be whipping hard. Quality has been good so far as it seems to be built to last, only con is it does twist the rope so i am sure that is a hard on it, but so far not too big of a deal. It may not be your only tube, we also have the O'brien Super Screamer for more pure speed, but I definiely recommend the Revolution

Comments about Airhead Revolution Spinning Towable:
A blast for everyone, doesn't seem to spin constantly but still a great ride, also a real workout.
Only "problem" the tow rope gets twisted, anyone have this problem? We are thinking we may need to buy a better rope.

Q:
how does the airhead spinning tube spin?Asked on 5/25/2011 by Anonymous1 answer
A:
There is a rotating connection in the middle of the tube on the bottom allowing the tube to spin. There is also a reinforcement strap that you can feed the tow rope through, the connect it to the connection in the middle to make it not spin.Answered on 8/19/2011 by Justin from Overton's
