I use pulling water toys behind a very fast jet ski. It is easier on the Ski and easier on the person riding the towable. When I used regular ropes on rough water, there were times when I took off that I could hear the stress noices and it just killed me when driving this expensive toy. Having this rope has stopped that and eased my mind when taking off. I have also noticed when riding that it isn't such a stiff take off and when being whipped around a corner, it seems to be soo much easier on the water toy itself. It absorbs the extra stress in rough water and in the end, it is worth the little extra you will spend upfront. Very easy to use and store!

This is a great rope and you definitely get some extra "zing" from the bungee section. However, the bungee section is heavy and it tends to drag in the water and sprays the tube riders in the face constantly. The bungee section can also get caught in the wake and not allow the tube to get outside of the wake. This was the first rope we bought so I am looking for a rope that is maybe a bit "lighter" and see if we can get away from the heavy section of the rope and thus the spraying of the riders faces. Maybe all ropes will do this but we need to try something else.

Comments about Airhead Bungee Tube Tow Rope:

This line has some spring but is not at all stretchy. Floats well on the surface and is very visible when maneuvering. The "bungee" section is only about 4' long at one end and does take the start-up "jerk" out of the line.

Comments about Airhead Bungee Tube Tow Rope:

I tow with a jet ski most of the time so with this rope there less pull on the PWC and a better ride for the tubers. My son broke the first one pulling 3 on a tube but it was about 5 years old and probably soon to be replaced anyway.

            A:

The skinny end, or solid braided rope, will attach to the tube. The bungee end should always attach to the boat.
