There is no need to apply in circles. Just spray it on and wipe it off. If your boat windows are grossly mildewed you can first scrub with Clorox Wipes to get rid of the mildew stains then apply 210. 210 replenishes the oils in the plastic, shines, and protects. I tried the 3 step cleaner where you need to buff and polish. Didn't work an was a real pain. This stuff works and it is SO easy to use. The only unfortunate thing about it is it is not readily available at normal big box or hardware stores.
