It has nothing to do with the product, but all about the customer service we received or the lack of which was unequivocally unacceptable. First of all, the purchase was intended to be a SURPRISE Christmas gift. The purchaser paid with cash and left an alternate email address for tracking purposes. The email was sent to the person who was to receive the gift as a SURPRISE for Christmas. Thus, eliminating the SURPRISE factor which was a great disappointment to the purchaser. The purchaser had to contact the business numerous times due to not receiving the package and the business consequently mailed an additional item that was received on the same day as the orginal purchase. Now the purchaser had two (2) of the same items and was inconvenienced to return one of the items. The only SURPRISE that this family received from this purchase was that customer service did not, nor even offer to compensate the purchaser for all the mistakes and apparent unremose from Gander Mountain.

Bought the blanket for my wife who is always cold. Gave it to her for Mother's day. The material is soft but it barely heats the material. I thought it would behave as an electric blanket but it doesn't. We're going to keep it because I gave it to her as a gift but I am disappointed.

I use the blanket for backseat passengers who are colder than the front seat people or for those that want to be warmer than the rest of us.

This blanket keeps you very warm, especially when you are riding with another who is very hot natured.

This blanket is great for winter travel when the passanger is cold and the driver is not -perfect for the grandkids in the rear seats . Hopefully we'll never be stranded - but would work great in a stalled car waiting for HELP.
