Available in apple, alder, cherry, mesquite, and hickory. Apple and cherry bisquettes are recommended for smoking poultry and wild game meat, alder is commonly used with seafood, ham, and bacon, and mesquite and hickory are often used when smoking beef, game meat, and pork. 48 bisquettes per pack.
