Comments about Reese Single Wheel Trailer Jack With 1,000-lb. Capacity:

I bought this product, because the description had me believing that it was durable for salt water. I liked the price point, and it looked easy to install. My previous trailer jack lasted me 8 years, in the same conditions. This thing....lasted me 2 months!!!! I am very meticulous about my vessel, and the trailer (which is why my stuff last so long) and I always fresh water wash down after every use. This cheap trailer jack, didn't make the cut, or even have a chance in salt water.
If you boat in salt water.....DO NOT BUY THIS JACK!!!! Save your money, and purchase the fully galvanized jack.
