Our son is Autistic. The only con that I can say is that if child leans forward it was difficult for our son to get up. His face was in the water and he panicked. I dont feel it is the vest but lack of control and swimming capabilities of my son. If he is upright he is fine. He has learned to minover over time. He loves to use the grab handle head support to learn how to float. Over all five stars!

Without a doubt, this is the best kids vest available. Mustang has been doing this for a very long time and I dare say they have perfected it. The childrens sizes all fit very well and are fashionable and extremely safe. There are no others I would consider in this weight range.
