Product Description
Poly-Planar's Premium series round integral grill speakers are ideal replacement speakers for boaters who want to upgrade to a waterproof design without changing the cutout size. The integral grills allow for simple, one-piece installation. The 4000 Series speakers combine a midrange polycarbonate cone with a 1" mylar tweeter for full range frequency response. They can handle 80 watts peak power per pair (40 watts RMS). The 4600 model uses Poly-Planar's exclusive ultra-low magnetic field technology to eliminate the problem of speaker magnets affecting navigation equipment such as compasses and autopilots. These speakers feature a rugged waterproof design, teflon-coated wires, plastic grills, polypropylene cones, mylar tweeters, and plastic frames to provide years of trouble-free service. These speakers outlast ordinary speakers in the marine environment. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included. Sold in pairs. Two-year warranty. |
