    Comments about JBL MR-165 Sirius-Ready AM/FM/CD Receiver:

I bought this receiver to replace the blown one in my boat. I wanted to get the same brand so hopefully the remotes would work and they did. It did not come with a face plate and my old one was too small. All it came with were 2 wire mounting brackets so I have this gaping hole around it where I slid it in the old hole. The overtons rep was nice but didn't know anything about it but he called the factory rep and that guy was a jerk. I guess this stereo is made for cheap boats or pontoons and not a nice ski boat. the stereo works and sounds great but the install was not exceptable.

        A:

Rear Aux in means that you can plug in a Ipod or MP3 player in the back of the unit.
Without knowing what stereo you have in the boat now, I could not tell you if its a clean retro-fit or not.
