Comments about O'Brien OBrien Le Tube 1-Rider Towable Tube:

My dad bought one of these in the early '90's when I was around 10-13yo, probably 1993-'95 timeframe, and it was used for two summers before being put into long-term storage (just tossed on a shelf and forgotten).

I just recently (two days ago actually) got a hankering to see if it still held air so my daughter can use it floating at the lake while I get the boat running again, so I pulled it off the shelf it's been sitting on, hosed it off, and.....no valve. Living in small-town Wyoming, NO ONE has a replacement valve (called a Boston valve) but lo and behold, managed to find the valve sitting around the house.

Filled it up fully expecting it to be swiss cheese and junk now; it's held air for 2 solid days. I don't know of much that can be shelved for 20+ years, and pulled back into service and be 100% usable. Hopefully O'Brien's quality is still to the same level, as I'm looking at purchasing another tube to take to the lake. Guarantee this 20+yo Le Tube will be hitting the water soon!

Comments about O'Brien OBrien Le Tube 1-Rider Towable Tube:

Used this tube behind a jet ski on a local lake, it handled great. The light weight of the tube made it susceptible to flipping, encourage only experienced riders/or those that don't mind falling off to use this tube in the same capacity. Such a fun ride!
