When the catalog said "Kit", I assumed that there would be a plug for the vent hole and the fill hole. Now I need to order a second and I'm ready to winterize my boat now.

This drain plug is a LOT easier to install than the stock drain plug, you don't have to mess around with a - screw driver and loose lower unit oil.

Some lower unit use o-rings. Other use the fiber gaskets. I know on my 4-stroke 60 and 15HP motors, they both use the fiber gaskets.Answered on 3/14/2012 by John from WA
