I just did 8 sheets of new marine grade plywood for the deck on my pontoon boat and it worked great. After drying the surface was somewhat rough which helps the paint adhere to it. I would think this would be great for carpet glue also.Answered on 6/3/2010 by Sherm from Henderson, Nv.
