Comments about Magma Marine Kettle 2 Party-Size Combination Stove and Gas Grill:
This is the best grill I have ever purchased. I prefer to cook with wood or charcoal but propane is much safer for using on a boat. The grill "hangs" over the side so it is not in the way. It heats fast, evenly, uses very little fuel, and cools down rather quickly when you need to remove it from the bracket (important when an unexpected storm blows in and you need to get back to the dock). Wind does not bother the grill -- it always stays lit.
The only reason I did not rate the grill at "five stars" is the igniter. The original igniter lasted only two weekends and after two replacements that also failed in a short time, I light it with my propane torch. The grill is so good that I purchased the leg kit to use for tailgating.
The grill is somewhat bulky to store because it will not sit flat and tends to roll aorund when you are traveling. However I overcame that problem by buying a crate to store it and my cooking tools in.
The grill is well worth the money!

Comments about Magma Marine Kettle 2 Party-Size Combination Stove and Gas Grill:
This grill will cook in a hurricane. The grease drip tray (can be seen at bottom in pic) is NOT removable. This means that if you cook juicy burgers or brats the drippings are collecting in that small drip tray. Then what ? You have to figure out how to empty it and it's not removable.
Turn the whole grill upside down and pour the grease out. It's MESS, the grill ends up a mess, your storage area ends up with drippings, poor design.

Comments about Magma Marine Kettle 2 Party-Size Combination Stove and Gas Grill:
Excellent quality. Worth the cost. Easy to clean. I was concerned about storage on my pontoon boat. It was not a problem. I use it every weekend to cook dinner while we are on the lake.

Comments about Magma Marine Kettle 2 Party-Size Combination Stove and Gas Grill:
What an awsome grill, we had the old model without the ignighter, and this one with the built in ignighter is so much more user friendly and ya dont have to worry about dropping your lighters in the water!!!!!
