          A:

          Try using a spray lubricant, but look at product information to be sure it wouldn't harm your gel coat. Tapping the product with a wrench handle may also help to loosen it up.

          If all else fails, drill the middle of the plug out and unscrew with a pipe extractor (from Lowes or Sears). This is how a plumber gets stubborn drain plugs out of tanks.
