This knob is well built and good looking, especially for the price. It didn't fit the steering wheel on my Trophy and I had to bend the clamp around a socket wrench of similar size, but that worked out well. It's a little on the small size, and would work better if it stuck out a little more. I mainly wanted a reference to be able to tell where my drive was all the time - - port, starboard, straight ahead, etc so I mounted the knob right on the bottom of the wheel when the boat's going straight ahead. I'm happy with it.

I bought this for my company box truck. The knob to hold on to is great, but the clamp that attaches to the wheel, is way to small for auto's. I made my own clamp and stuck the knob on it and it works fine.
