we got this as a fill in between beds. my wife likes it better than the bed we bought. we may go back to it as our main bed. we only filled it once and slept on it for a week or so. we both liked it but our trial was short. we used our pedestal bed frame and all our regular sheets. I think it might need a longer trial period but it seems so far so good. we may go back to it as our regular bed.

Bought first bed because of the namebrand and thought I could depend on it. As an arthritis sufferer, I needed something comfortable for a temporary bed while I had my house for sale and most things had already been sent to my new home. It was great! What a good night's sleep and didn't wake up "hurting" in the morning. My daughter begged to have it in her apartment when I sold the house. It is in perfect condition, and loses very little air, if any at all. She is still using it going on three years now.

I bought a second one in March,2011, for my new home as a permanent bed because it felt so good to my back. Same bed, same style. The new bed had a sound to the motor that worried me. It seemed to strain to air up the bed and was fairly slow, compared to how fast and easy the first one was to set up. This one lost air and needed a boost about once a month. Now, at the end of July, when I wanted to add air, the motor has gone out. I have not tried to work with the company, but we will see. If I rated the first one I would give it a 5, but I would only rate the current one I have at a 2. I may write another review depending how the company reacts to the problem.
