        I have been deep frying turkeys and whole chickens in peanut oil for 19 + years. This is the only injectable marinade and dry rub I use. Yes you can make your own and there are some good recipes on line. But, why do that ? Open the jar and off you go. Top shelf products. Creole & Butter my Fave.

        Absolutely nothing better than a deep fried turkey along with sweet corn cooked on the grill with the husk on.

              I deep fried 3 turkeys each with a different marinade and it was very easy because a didnt have to mix, and everything i needed was in the kit. They came out moist and with the different flavors it was a big hit on T-day but even a bigger hit with leftovers. There is enough marinade to each turkey, Next year i will have to fry 6 my guest wanted to take so much home and I really love turkey the next 2 or 3 days after.
