Comments about Blue Rhino GBT1030 Portable Propane Barbecue Grill:
We bought this in March for camping and many of the hardware pieces were missing. Blue Rhino customer service told us hardware is on backorder, so here we are in May and still no parts. Mfr has terrible customer service and told us to just take the grill back, but we'd like to use it! So we will either have to wait for who knows how long, or hunt down our own parts (screws, wingnuts, washers... 20 or so pieces missing).
