Comments about Buffalo Tools™ Meat Processing Knife Set:
I purchased a set of these last year. They have the "Guide Series" logo on the blade, so I assumed that Gander Mountain was endorsing them. Well, they performed failrly well for the first deer. By the 2nd, I had to keep sharpining them. By the time I cleaned the first hog, I was wanting a new set. I processed my first deer of this season (2010 - 2011) last night, and now I am looking for some decent knives. These are shot. I guess they are a fair kit for a beginner, or for someone looking for a bargin. If your a serious hunter, move on to quality.
