Product Description
midland Emergency crank power means you'll never be without your two-way radio. The Base Camp offers a two-way radio, AM/FM radio, alarm clock with snooze, and flashlight. NOAA weather alerts. 22 channels. 121 privacy codes. Features dual watch, channel scan, hi/low power, eVOX voice activation, silent operation, 5 call alerts, auto squelch, keypad lock, roger beep, backlit display, and mic and headphone jacks. Five power options including 4 AA batteries (not included), rechargeable battery pack, AC adapter, DC adapter, and Dynamo crank. A USB connector allows you to recharge your cell phone in an emergency. Radio measures 6-1/2"H x 7-1/2"W x 2-3/4"D. Package includes XT511 radio, shoulder strap, accessory hand mic, rechargeable battery pack, AC wall adapter, and DC adapter.

          Great base station that works with FRS/GMRS walkie-talkies. Hand crank power is good for emergency situations. The multiple power sources give you many options. Sound quality is excellent on all bands (AM/FM/WX/GRMS). Transmit/Receive range is acceptable on GRMS.
