Comments about Brinkmann All-In-One Cooker:
We used the grill to cook our Thanksgiving Turkey. It was easy to set up and a 15 pound turkey fit with room to spare. Only issue we had was controlling the amount of flame produced. All in all, I think we will use this grill for more adventures in camp cooking.

Comments about Brinkmann All-In-One Cooker:
This "all in one" is like your ugly stepchild.. you can beat the pi*s out of it and it still works great. I've had mine for about two years and people laugh at me when I tell them I am going to grill or smoke with it, but in the end it does the job better than 90% of the products out there. You can bring this thing to the beach, the lake or out camping and you will impress people every time..
Pros
- Adds Flavor
- Made in USA
Cons
- Parts from China

Comments about Brinkmann All-In-One Cooker:
Just bought this today to smoke some salmon. Couldn't bring myself to spending [$] on a flimsy [...] piece of junk "2 door smoker" from a competitor.Couple things I dont like...Its a pain in the A to put together. Directions are average. Also, you have to take the whole smoker off to add wood/charcoal... AND you cant see the wood chips to make sure there are no flames. =[Other than that, this is a pretty solid unit. Lots of space to smoke, versatile, portable although not really what it was designed for.Bottom line, you could do worse for a smoker.Fair price would be 100 bucks.Recommended

Comments about Brinkmann All-In-One Cooker:
It smokes up to a 14 lb. turkey, an eight lb. Boston Butt, chicken, ribs, etc. Only draw back is having to take entire upper portion off to add more wood chips. I cut down a coffee can and placed it right over the burner and added a small thermometer available at [...]. It is small enough to leave on the patio, covered next to my big grill. It holds the temp. well but it takes a bit of time to get it to stabilize. I have smoked two B. Butts for over 14 hours and used little gas.
